Berin A Fite has been practicing in Arizona since 2001.  He has always been a personal injury attorney working to acheive the maximum settlement that his clients are entitled.  A member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers and a member the State Bar of Arizona and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. Jennifer B. Fite has been practicing in Arizona since 2002.  Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.  She has a Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California.  Jennifer is also a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and Mensa.

The Firm

Fite Law was opened by Berin Fite in 2007 when he decided to leave one of the big firms in town to practice law in a more personal way.  He was joined by his wife, Jennifer Fite, in 2008.  The attorneys of Fite Law are skilled in advocating the rights of our clients and advising them on litigated and non-litigated matters.  We understand that a day in court may not provide the best result for every client.  We are experienced in negotiating successful resolutions of cases both before and after they have been filed.  Our attorneys use their trial and advocacy skills to achieve successful results through settlement negotiations, mediation, and other alternative resolution methods.

Access

  • All client have access to an attorney.  Your first consultation will be with a licensed attorney and anytime you need to speak with an attorney, you will.   Like any other firm, we use support staff to help us with routine matters, but if the need arises, you will always be able to talk with the attorney handling your matter.
  • Our office hours are generally Monday through Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM and Friday 9 AM – 2 PM; but every client has Berin’s cellphone number.  Unless he is busy on another matter, he’ll usually take the call.
